These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and 367ph Casino Platform ("367ph", "we", "us", "our"), a gaming platform operating under Philippine law and subject to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory oversight.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any part of the 367ph platform (including but not limited to the website located at https://367ph.cam, mobile applications, and any associated services), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) 367ph account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1.3 Prohibited Users

The following categories of persons are prohibited from using 367ph services:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 367ph and their immediate family members.
• Employees or affiliates of game providers, payment processors, or regulatory bodies overseeing 367ph operations.
• Persons who have been previously banned or excluded from 367ph for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent conduct.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

367ph's total liability to any User for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into the User's account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Termination by User

Users may close their 367ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification processes.

9.2 Termination by 367ph

367ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity theft, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login or deposit activity for 12 consecutive months).
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Upon termination by 367ph, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the closure was due to Terms violations or fraudulent conduct. In cases of account closure due to inactivity or regulatory reasons, remaining balances will be returned to the User after verification.

10. Amendments to Terms

367ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email, on-site notification, or by posting an updated version of the Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of 367ph services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Users must first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting 367ph customer support in good faith.
2. Mediation: If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
3. Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically within Metro Manila.
